An American-issued album cover that was signed at the WFIL/WPVI studios in Philadelphia during the weekend of May 16-18, 1975, while Lennon was there raising funds for the Helping Hand charity benefiting handicapped children of the Delaware Valley. It is signed in blue ink at top with an inscription above. Obtained by the sister of an "Action News" reporter. Contrast a bit light on the signature. Scuffing and split seams, GD/VG-4.
